Mwtralha
When I have 2 players on the list, it means it is player1 and player2 as playmaker, or player1 and when not playing player2 ?? FM09

Mwtralha
That's why I asked. I only want Moutinho as Playmaker, and Veloso when Moutinho isn't playing, but I got the impression that it is them both :S
isuckatfm
No. It's top of the list afaik. What you do when you select said player you increase the probability of team mates passing to him. Being able to select multiple players wouldn't really reflect the concept in real life and I'm 90% certain that's how it is in game.

AmA Deo
Is it a good idea to have a playmaker as MC in a 4-4-2 where passing focus is Down Flanks? It sounds a bit contridicnary (spelling help thanks).
isuckatfm
Is it a good idea to have a playmaker as MC in a 4-4-2 where passing focus is Down Flanks? It sounds a bit contridicnary (spelling help thanks). Pure theory rather than experience 1. Set the CBs to a range that makes them most likely to pass to the playmaker, TTB rarely 2. Do the same for the full backs 3. Set the playmaker's forward runs/mentality so he isn't pushing too far away regularly 4. Try a free role for the playmaker so he is a bit more flexible (apparently quality of player has an influence so might be risky for lesser players) Be very wary of how close your playmaker is to the opposition when you are in possession though. If they are always tight on him and he hasn't got the skills, he'll most likely just get knocked off the ball everytime it gets near him.
