Process to Recover my Monney ?

Hello All,

I would like to know if someone know the process to recover my money about this game ?
I bought it in "Micromania" store in france.

I think, this is not normal to sell a game with as many problems.

Have you applied the patch that was available on the release day

What are your problems, maybe someone can help

In terms of a refund you'll need to go back to the store you bought it from as you would do for anythings else

1) do the patch.
2) there was a demo, so you can't argue that you didn't know what you were buying.
3) when a second patch comes out you will probably say that it is the best game ever.

For example, one of my problem is :
you win 2-1 and after the match in your calendar you see 2-2......
and the best is, when you play with a friend in network access :
my friend is on a match, with my computer I watch his match, and is not the same Match..It's crazy....
at the beginning it's fun, but after 30 minutes, beleive me you don't like this BUG.

do you think, you can play ? me NO

I have the patch.....but do you think it's normal to wait 2,3,4 weeks to have a stable game ?

i was like you very frustrated with the game but help is here if you construct it right first outline you problems and ask for help and they will do everything they can to help you trust me i had a game that wouldnt run now im in my third season and loving it just hang in there it sometimes takes them a while to help but help they do

By the time we get a proper patch Championship Manager will come and kick SI in the A_S_S!!!

I believe this is the standard process followed:

1. Put DVD back in case.
2. Find receipt.
3. Put DVD and receipt in bag, put coat on (don't want you getting a chill) and go to store where you bought the game.
4. Find someone who looks like they work there and ask for a refund.
5. Find out they don't give refunds, sending you into an uncontrollable rage.
6. Come home, log on to this forum, abuse SI, abuse anyone who defends SI, misquoting law to back up your point.

I will be delighted if CM does that. My loyalty will always be with the best game.

I'm not holding my breath though.
