ItsIror Posted November 23, 2020 Share Posted November 23, 2020 Had this exact same thing, I was in a top 7 race, my vision was to "reach euro cup proper" by the end of the 2021/22 season, I was in the 2020/21 season and I was sacked for failing to qualify even though the goal is for next season and I wasn't in it this season Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Monsoon Whiskey Posted November 29, 2020 Share Posted November 29, 2020 This happened to me too, had an "A" rating for my performance, but was pulled into a meeting and nearly sacked for not reaching the Europa League proper when we didn't even play European football that season.
