[Chile] (Official) League Specific Issues

In my first season, I have reached the Chile Cup final. We will play Universidad de Chile who we also face in the league the week before.

The schedule, however, shows two league games and "Cup final second leg"

The cup schedule shows two legs:

And the news item suggests the final is one leg only at a neutral venue:

I have a save file from before the semi-final round was completed if you need it to investigate.

Having played up to the eve of the first game, I think this is a labelling problem. It is a league match followed by a two-legged cup final but the schedule has it muddled.

There is a maximum of 3 signings allowed in the midseason transfer window, but i have signed 5 players already

Hi, the current Relegation rules are different than those stated in the game. There is two immediately relegated teams and a playoff for the third one, but there is an Average Points table mixed with the 2019 season that determines one of the immediately relagated teams, and one of the relegation playoff teams.

That is the document that states the official rules of the tournament, and on page 39, title XVIII, "De los descensos", states the current rules regardin relegation.

Hello, it is my understanding that as we are not including the 2020 season in FM21 and the first playable season is 2021, that we have not included the different system as our head researcher believes it will only be used for the 2020 season.  Thanks.

Hi! This problem still persists since the beta... The Chile cup final is supposed to be played home and away. In the game, both games are played on neutral ground.

 

EDIT: Since there have already been a few updates with no fix, does anyone know how to change this in the editor by yourself? I can change it to home-away but I just get the error that there are too many teams in the league when I try to verify.

I played the last match of the season on december 7th, and on december 8th i got the summary of the season and my players went on vacation

But that day (december 8th) Catolica played their match and if they had won we would have had to play a final for the title

I was lucky and catolica lost their match and i won the title but this is a problem

hi, any option to include the option to start from 2020 season when the 2021 system gets released?.

Sorry, I think I do not understand the question.  We have not included the the 2020 season in game and as I previously said, our head researcher for Chile has told us that the new system will only be used for the 2020 season.  We have no plans to include the 2020 season in any future updates of FM21.

This is an issue that we are aware of and is logged in our system, but I'm afraid we were not able to fix this before the update.

Hello, this isn't strictly an issue for this area of the forum, but it is my understanding that if the scenario you describe had occurred, then your players would have resumed training.  I agree this is not the ideal scenario, so if you would like to take this further please post on the All Other Gameplay forum.  Thanks!
