Quick question on team talks

When you give the overall team talk and lets say for example everyone gets a nice green "looked happy". Then you go into the individual talks and say something else and they get a green "motivated" tag response, does that mean they're both happy and motivated, or do they only take one thing away from the talk, and its whatever the last thing it said was?

So if you give a talk and it goes red, then you do invidiual talk and get them back to green is it basically either good or bad, or is there degrees to which the teamtalk has an effect, so a red followed by a green isn't as good as two greens? Or is it just the last talk response that matters?
