League appears twice in competition list

I've been looking at a fictional editor data file for Argentina. As the title suggests, there's a division (that contains sub-divisions) that appears twice in the competition list for some reason. I cannot figure out where it comes from, I cannot delete it, I cannot click on it to see what it is and what might its ID be. I'm completely stumped. The "bottom" 6th tier on the picture is correctly placed and you can click on it to check out the competitions, but the one slotted between the 4th and 5th division just stays there no matter what I do, even when searching for changes in the Database Changes menu. It's frankly a mystery, but that db file also had leagues that were deleted appearing in the Competition list even though they had been deleted; I had to delete them once more instead of "simply" removing the change.
