Chesterfield only fell into non-league because of epic financial mismanagement, which in my save has been resolved by a takeover. In my save, I have struggled with whether to accept interview offers a couple of times. So far, I have refused them all. I was curious how others decided when to leave a club. Early days, but pleasing signs that we're heading in the right direction Interestingly, the Argyle job is available again.
