Declare interest... for position

You can read in web sources about <club> want to buy in transfer window few players for <specific positions>

It could be very useful if we can declare interest for position in FM

For example - I want to buy CB. I declare interest and some agents let me own clients. Media trying to know who is exactly will be my player.

For sure there are need a algorhytm for realistic candidates in a list

I really like this idea. Better than Top Target currently we have. 

We want to buy a player who suits the position rather than a player. The easy way will be the preferred role of manager Starting 11 and gathering candidates list which can be done via General manager Giving a list of candidates which is already there in the game. Combining both will take the game into balanced transfer market instead of buying every attacker by big teams for more money and sell them for less after rotting on bench.
