AndrewDriverNo1 Posted September 11, 2020 Share Posted September 11, 2020 (edited) I have had iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 on two test devices since June - Football Manager Mobile works perfectly on iOS 14 however on iPadOS 14 the iCloud feature hasn’t worked on any of the 8 beta’s released so far.... I know it’s a Beta and doesn’t need to be supported yet but with the public release very soon will the game up updated to fix this error? I know this happened a few years ago with new iOS and the game was not fixed then but with the game being delayed this year I would hope it would be left broken for a number of months..... :/ Edited September 14, 2020 by AndrewDriverNo1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
tbeariault Posted September 17, 2020 Share Posted September 17, 2020 I also had problems with the full IOS 14 update that came out today. The iCloud worked fine but the game’s performance decreased dramatically. An update is clearly needed but given that the last update was 6 months ago I doubt that it will happen. To check have you tried any other intensive third party applications? - also which device did you upgrade to iOS 14? (ie. is it an older device as I've generally found they are most negatively affected with regards to speed with OS upgrades). I'm just trying to verify that this is specific to our app and not something which happens to the device/applications as a whole when you upgrade. I ended up backing up my game data, deleting the long list of scrapbook players I had, and re-downloading the game and it now works perfectly.
