My game has been crashing recently with a DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE error message. I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super with the latest drivers installed. This crash accurs after a varied time of running the game on Friday I had 2 crashes after playing the game for 2-3hrs and today It crashed just after 30mins - 1hr of playing. I have attached the crash dumps from the past 2 days.

Yes I have been using them since the game released, would this be an issue?

I have been unable to get past 2026 world cup since this issue started.

I have uploaded the save file. Its name is Europe.

I have noticed the crashes have been occurring after advancing around a week. Ive also had one crash loading into the save.

Update: I started a new save and this crashed aswell.

It's not crashing on my end so I suspect its a machine issue rather than one with your games - that would make sense if its crashing on a new save too.

Can I get you to give this thread a read if you haven't already and see if it makes any difference to your performance:

I read the thread originally but will give it a read again as well as try other things to see if I can fix the issue.

Thank you for your assistance.

No problem - let me know how it goes.

Some other possible solutions to consider:

Don't run any background applications while you play FM, such as Spotify or YouTube.

Change the in game match graphics settings to low/lowest and see if the performance is any better when the graphics compensate.
