Player instruction pressing

Hi guys first time poster! Just wondering what to do about the pressing on player instructions! I play counter press with high defensive line and line of engagement with pressing extremely urgent. Attacking mentality. Although every players player instruction doesn't have urgent pressing in there. All either standard or less urgent which I don't understand. If anyone could answer why this is that would be fantastic.

This will ensure you have the most pressing possible.

This means they're either in line with the above (max pressing) or less urgent than the max, which is still a lot of pressing.

Different roles press more or less. A ball winning midfielder will always press more than a playmaker, as an example.
