We are using Football Manager 2019 and have just finished an online game as we were already in 2027. When he joined the online game every time the login time was around 5 minutes. I started a new save with about the same amount of leagues playable. To our surprise it now takes more than 2 1/2 hours for him to get into the game (it says “processing” with him) and I can see him logging in but it takes that long to take control of his team. We started the new game just a day after we finished the old one, so none of our internet connections, laptop settings etc have changed. Can anyone explain what happened here likely and how to resolve this. Going from a 5 minute login time to well over 2 1/2 hours is just ridiculous.
