Lutfi Kamal has just been an absolute rock in the 3 years I've been here. So many penalties for Ferre No surprises. Even less surprises. Fully deserved! andychar Posted May 17, 2020 Author Share Posted May 17, 2020 Tier 1 Indonesia Off-Season Club record for the penalty God! I've also applied for 5 new jobs in different countries. I'm looking to potentially move on and bag a league in another country. At the same time I've signed a new contract! We should be keeping our best players for another season. Hopefully I can add players and we can have a good season in League One. Obviously the aim if I stayed would be the Cup. And I like the idea of the Golden Generation coming through! Wow well I won't be going to Malaysia. The only other job we are in the running for is Singapore. I've decided to declare interest in it. Try and bash my way into the hot seat. If I don't get it and have to stay in Indonesia once again then it really isn't the end of the World. Oh man! Not even an interview here. Offically. I've got one more job in the mix. It would mean Northern Ireland is our next destination. I've also applied for a job in Indonesia. I'm going to be annoying the board so much! When you can't get an interviewer at a team in the 2nd Tier of Northern Ireland I don't think you'll get one anywhere! Now we might be getting somewhere! Another side dismissed me without so much as an interview so it looks like I'm staying in Indonesia. The question is which which side? I told them to waive the compenstation. They said no. I said I'll resign and they will get nothing. They did it so we are back to... Ooooooooooo. Its a chance to be at a better side in Indonesia to give me a better chance at winning the Cup. We aren't the favourite for the job so I'm not counting my chickens. If I don't get this job I will be putting my focus into Mitra. Well this is awkward. I've been offered the job but the wage budget is less by 5k! I think I'll be declining and staying where I am! So after that complete waste of time it was time to start the Pre-Season! Although right now that ain’t happening. Gonna stick it out for at least another season here. Now I know the team who are one of the favourites has a wage budget less than us we have no excuse for at least a top half finish! Although the Cup will be the priority. I'm one good transfer window away from giving Division One a good go I reckon. We kept the entire Starting XI and have 9k wage budget to improve. I'm feeling slightly confident. Before anything has been done this is how the odds look... Well we aren't predicted bottom at least. Obviously Bottom 3 go down. Simple as that. Maybe I made the wrong choice staying? It just felt right. The Division One season starts a lot sooner than the Division Two so there isn't a horrible wait! Our first signing in God knows how long. He will be used as a CM or potentially a WBR. He comes in as our new LB. He has the potential to improve. New starting Keeper. Another AMC to add to the list. We aren't favourite to go down but we are still a long way from the top. No new signings as of yet. I don't want to rush into things. We still have 3.5k in the wages. Some good potential but nobody to slot straight in. Not a single one of our players are considered favourites for the Top Goalscorer award. I mean it all depends on how many penalties we can get! Same in the Top Player award. And the same with the Young Player award. Basically we are expected to be garbage next season! A new defender comes in. Scarily he's now our best CB. We squeezed one more signing in before the end of the window. Proof that good scouts are key. He was 5 star but only 3 when joined. Right lets get this show on the road. Nothing fancy in this league just a straight normal league. No split, no playoffs. 34 games and the best team wins. Survival is obviously the goal, that and winning the cup! Is it wrong that I am very cautiously optimistic? I mean as points go its a very solid one. We had the better of the game and could have stole it but can't complain about a point against the team people are saying will win the league. It doesn't get any easier next as we face the Champions. Nice! Just in time to lose. Minutes away from a famous victory! Its been a very encouraging start. 34 points from 34 draws might be enough to see us survive! Couple of home games in a row next. Can we get our first win the Top Flight? We have another club record. He's been an ever present for me and does a great job in the background. Another late goal costs us our first win! 4th times the charm eh! Amazingly we aren't the only team to draw all 3 games so far. We pick up our first win! I thought it was going to be a Rugby score at the start but I'm happy with the result! One more game this month, can we finish it unbeaten? We face Semen who beat us in the Quarter Final and stopped our best chance of winning the cup so far. Boom a little bit of revenge after the cup loss! It means the very early table looks like this... I mean we are one of only 3 teams left unbeaten. We can't ask for better than that. We are only 3 points off top! Long may it continue but at the moment I'm thinking of the 6 points gap to 16th.
