Updated rules on posting files and permission

When you notice someone posting your work without permission at this forum, we ask you to follow the rules below

  • Request the poster to remove the files in the thread.
  • Alert the moderators by reporting the post.
  • Provide proof that it is your work, so the moderators can verify your claim.
  • Moderators will
    • Warn the poster to remove the files as requested/reported by the author.
    • If the poster does not take action, the thread will be hidden and 10 warnings points will be applied.
  • In all cases, keep it civil. We understand you're angry, but foul language will not be accepted.
  • If you notice the work from someone else being posted without permission, contact them and contact the moderators by reporting the post.

For Steam files

  • Reporting a file on Steam via the forum is not possible
  • Instead, contact the poster of the file via Steam or via the forum if he is a forum member
  • If that doesn't work, report the file on Steam via the Report (flag) button

Steam allows you to showcase collected files. A collection is a group of links to files openly available at Steam

  • You are allowed to post a link to your collection on the forum.
  • If someone reports your posted link as having work from others you claim as your own work, your posted link will be hidden.
  • If you don't want your file to be part of a Steam collection, contact the person who posted the collection.

You can report a post by 

Mobile: Clicking the flag in the upper right corner

Desktop: Clicking the three dots in the upper right corner and click Report.

When you report a post, please specify the reason and if possible provide us with proof.
