Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2028/29 Youth Intake It looks good, until you realise that the top two are already 18 and 19, which is a little old for them to eventually make the grade. Though I live to be proven wrong, and I'm a big fan of Nicholas Drost (YP2b)'s mentals, and stats in general. Plus that he's a left footed AMR, which suits my formation. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2028/29 Superliga April Fixtures: Helluva month. In the final of the cup, and a combined 8-2 aggregate victory against 2nd and 3rd, both away, with my young striker Rafik Jaziri (Yth) scoring in both games. Those victories against Kobenhavn and Midtjylland? Mean we're CHAMPIONS!! Table: Awards:
Moonshine
Flemming Busk.. bloody hell My little 17 y/o striker has been destroying the under-19s and B-team. I've 4 excellent strikers - 3 of whom are under 21 - which is hard work for 1 slot, but I've given Busk a run out at the end of the season.

We finish with one loss in domestic competitions all season, including a fabulous first cup win for me. Table: 24 points clear. 24. And the highest points total in the 12 team league. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2028/27 Superliga Season Summary Final Position: 1st! [of 12] The Squad: The squad is really strong, and really young, with an average age of just 23. We're going to run into a few problems next season, though - firstly strength on the right, where we need a new AMR to replace Archie Moore-Taylor who has surely outgrown us after two seasons on loan at the club, as well as a new DR as Mads Dohr Tychosen, our longest serving player with 345 appearances to his name, is aging despite an incredible season. I'm considering using Mads Kruse (Yth) there - something I did intermittently throughout the season as Sylvain Henry nicked his starting DL spot. I've signed Jerome Seube on a free after two amazing seasons with us, though we also need a solid partner for him - both Sam Robinson and Maxwell Woldezi have peaked, and neither are quite at the same level. I'll look to sell one of them for funds, with Richard Stensland and Benigno Heiva (Yth), currently bossing it on loan in the Spanish Segunda B, acting as DCs 3 and 4 next season. However that leads nicely into the second issue we may face - losing players. Sylvain Henry is wanted by a massive fifteen clubs, from Bayer Leverkusen to Fiorentina to Aston Villa, and Jacob Petersen (Yth) is wanted by seven. We'll have unhappy players on our hands, or we'll have lots of money - but not both. Finally, we have our striker problem. Samuel Yusuf and Valdemar Norgaard alternated this season, scoring a combined 27 goals from 40 (25) appearances, which is a decent-ish return. But behind them, Rafik Jaziri (Yth) has looked excellent when given the opportunity, and Fleming Busk ripped the B-team and u-19 leagues to shreds, before scoring 3 in 5 in the league, despite playing 2 of those games from and unsuited AMR (we play with IWs, he's very much an IF). I'll be sending Busk out on loan next season, with a view to keeping the other three unless an unmissable offer comes in. But longer term, something has got to give. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland Danish Superliga 2029/2030 Board: Title Challenge Cup: Reach the final Champions League: Reach the Group Stage Media: 1st (/12) Odds: 6-4 Friendlies: I played some. I won them all. Transfers: Not quite the incoming transfer influx of last year, but rather a reactive and small growth window. The biggest deal was the loss of Sylvain Henry who refused a new contract without a minimum release fee, and whom West Brom thus bought for a paltry £4.3m. Replacing him at DL was Luiz Fabiano, a Brazilian from Brondby, signed to backup Mad Kruse (Yth). Our big signing came shortly after the start of the season: Felix, an AMC who could play across the forward lines, coming in for £4m from Real Madrid. He's a 'luxury' signing - we're already well stocked up there - but with an 80 scout rating, at only 21 years old, at the very least he'll have significant resale value. Elsewhere, Jerome Seube was signed on a free after two excellent seasons on loan with us, which is great, and Santiago Rodriguez also came in on a free, and will slot straight into the starting XI at AMR. Englishman Jean Rivero at MC and Latvian international Dmitrijs Piedels at DC will be backups for the first team this season, while Allassane Sow, Felix Atangana and the expensive, but excellent-looking, Vedran Vidovic will go on loan for development. The other big sale was my backup DC Maxwell Woledzi for £3.6m to Vitoria Guimares, which freed up some cash and space to move into for my backup youngs DCs. SImilarly, I had five DCs for 4 slots, and Richard Stensland left for pastures new - despite appearing to have only 3* potential, a massive 14 clubs came in for him and he chose Sampdoria. I might regret the sale... Edited May 1, 2020 by Moonshine

Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga August Fixtures: We remain undefeated - and have yet to concede - in the league, even with a second string playing Randers between the two Salzburg ties. Red Bull, sadly, knocked us out fir and square in the Champions League despite best efforts. We drop down to the Europa, where I hope to make some kind of run of it... Moonshine
The Europa Legaue draw could hardly have been worse. We lost 5-0 on aggregate to Gent last year, Dynamo Kyiv are quite tasty and Wolfsburg will blow us out of the water. We'll hope for 2nd, or dropping to the Conference in third. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga September Fixtures: We finally condeded in the league, which was a shame. But we remain undefeated, and a second team + youth prospect destroyed lower league VRI 10-0, with two hattricks in the process. And, importantly, we beat Gent in the first of our European adventures. We'll lose to Wolfsburg, but I might scrape second at this rate... Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga October Fixtures: Decent enough month that... The draws with Midtjylland and AaB were the low points of a month that saw us beat Dynamo Kyiv convincingly, and our second team continue a very convincing cup win at 3rd division opposition. We've conceded a few more, but we remain convincingly top. And our unbeaten run now stretches to a ridiculous 36 matches Table: Europe:
Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga November Fixtures: Perfect in the league, decent in Europe considering the matches were away. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Winter Break Friendlies: Six friendlies, all against really decent teams, all won. Madness. Transfers: A busy January in terms of player sales, as we raise a million selling some backups and players approaching the end of their contract. Mads Dohr Tychosen had been at the club for 10 years, joining in 2019, but at 32 and now solidly second choice, he had requested a new challenge which I felt would have been rude to not allow. He goes to finish his career in Portugal for Santa Clara. Tommy Stensgaard (Yth) had come through the system in 2019/20 too, and he went to AIK for £550k after just 4 appearances under me. Jorgen Lantz was signed by my predecessor for £1.8m, and didn't fit my plans. I sent him on loan to Stabaek after just 5 appearances in my first season, and Frankfurt paid me £575k for him. The most upsetting loss - and one we won't see until the Summer - was Wadii Saidi (Yth), a wonderful MC prospect who refused to sign a new contractt and will be joinign Notts Forest on a free in July. In came a third choice GK, Spanish youngster David Sangalli from Man City.
Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga February Fixtures: Just the one league game, and two Europa matches - but in theory they should have been tough. Brondby are second, and to be fair they gave us a run for our money, going 2-0 up before falling 3-2. Zenit, with the line lead by a 36 y/o Paulo Dybala and 32 y/o Ousmane Dembele, are the Russian Champions. We destroyed them away, and even with some slight rotatio, did the same at home. We face Arsenal in the next round, which will almost certainly be our last. Table:
Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga March Fixtures: An unbelievable victory in Europe at home, and a respectible defeat away - considering I was down to 10 men for half the match after Mhlengi Hlela's dismissal - means, astonishingly, we are through to the quarter finals of the Europa League! We face Man City, another game I can't see us winning... Not with Kylianne Mbappe and Lautaro Martinez, alongside their array of incredible regens. Their first XI cost £850m. Woderfully FC Kobenhavn will join us in the Quarter Finals, where they have the slightly easier draw of Benfica, following a 4-3 aggregate victory over Club Brugge. Elsewhere, we continue our undefeated league form over AGF, SonderyskE and FC Midtjylland and made it an astonishing 20 goals in 3 games in the cup, following a 5-2 victory over AaB Table:
Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Youth Intake Flemming Dyhr (YP11a) looks really tasty as a box-to-box. He's 19, which is a shame, but he'll slot straight onto the bench...
Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga April Fixtures: A mixed month by my ridiculously high standards. An Mbappe hattrick knocked me out of the Europa League (fair), but we also lost our first domestic game in the semi-final of the cup to Midtjylland, which was irritating. In the league, we remain undefeated, and our goalscorers remain a ridiculous mix. Fleming Dyhr (YP11a) has made a few appearances, though I'm somewhat overstocked in the midfield department. Table: 17 points clear. We've all but won the league, with 6 games to play. Time to blood some youth, I think.
Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga May/June Fixtures: Damn. Damn. We were so close to an undefeated season, and that penultimate match - argh! - killed that off. We won the league. Of course we won the league. And in style, frankly, but that penultimate match is upsetting. Outside, we looked very good and Mhlengi Hlela in particular demolished everyone. It was nice to see Flemming Dyhr (YP11a) get off the mark. Table:
Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2029/30 Superliga Season Summary Final Position: 1st! [of 12] (4 in a row) The Squad: The squad remains very strong. I remain having something of an issue with my Strikers - I sent Fleming Busk out on loan, but Samuel Yusuf and Rafik Jaziri (Yth) are now alternating playing up front, and Valdemar Norgaard has been relegated to third choice. Plus I have Alassane Sow ripping things up on loan at SoderskyE. I might sell Norgaard if someone comes in for him. In the centre of the park, the rise of Flemming Dyhr (YP11a) is also going to cause competitive problems - I have 5 players competing for the two CM slots, with young Kasper Hasen (Pch) (a player so named because he was poached from HB Koge, which is cool) overtaking Nikolaj Larsen to become Jacob Petersen (Yth)'s first choice partner. I also have Vedran Vidovic doing great things out on loan with Zlatibor in Serbia. In defence is where we find most of our problems at the moment - I played Daniel Fraser at DR for most of the campaign, and he did well despite not being astonishing (yet), with Ali Ben Belgacem, who spent the season on loan at second placed Randers, ready to slot in alternating with Fraser. Meanwhile Jerome Seube's brilliance made up for partnering him at DC with either Dmitrijs Piedels or Sam Robinson. Robinson will be sold, as Piedels, the on-loan Benigno Hevia (Yth) will partner him going forward, and I'll look to bring another DC in. DL is sorted, with Mads Kruse (Yth) and Luiz Fabiano providing excellent options. My key priority for the Summer is a GK. I like Peter Vindahl, and he's been at the club for 15 years and more than 300 appearance, but he's 32 and isn't Europa League level, let alone CHampions League. Fleming Olsen hasn't quite hit the heights I expected of him either, just yet. He'll stay second choice as I buy in a new 'keeper. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland Danish Superliga 2020/31 Board: Title Challenge Cup: Win the Cup Champions League: Reach the Group Stage Media: 1st (/12) Odds: 5-2 Friendlies: I beat Real Madrid! Transfers: Let's start with the big one, shall we? The Danish transfer record sale of Mad Kruse (Yth) for £22.5m rising to £28m to Cardiff. Well, what's to say? There were a number of clubs in for him, and I had accepted three offers from China when Cardiff swooped in, matching thoe. He's been an amazing servant, came through the youth academy, and was brilliant i my title-winning seasons. But potentially £28m, plus 20% of any profit, was too much to say no to. Peter Vindahl, another long servant of the club, also left - after 313 league appearances. He was 32, and I've brought in Swiss international keeper Marko Paulus for a snip at £1.9m. Also in for the first team is Brynjar Gauti Thordarson, as a direct replacement for Kruse. The 18 y/o will understudy for Luiz Fabiano for a couple of season, but is already ready to play and seems to have buckets of potential. A snip at a straight £3m. Then came a series of decision that snowballed. My scouts alerted me to the fact that Jan Flessman had just been transfer listed by RB Leipzig for a 'mere' £7.75m. Here was a player with over 100 appearances in the Bundesliga, who had spent last season on loan in Ligue 1, who, at 24, was still improving, and who would easily be the best player in the team. It was a no-brainer. What it meant, however, was the end for Valdemar Norgaard, the club's record goalscorer, who leaves on loan for a £1.2m fee and Ahmed Daghim, who had slowly been relegated to second choice AML and thrid choice AMR, but had been making noises about wanting a new challenge, leaving for AIK in a £2.6m deal. The usual youth also arrived: Benoit Riviere the most expensive, the Belgian going straight back out on loan. Lukasz Cholerzynski, Laszlo Lengyel and Vladimir Capek are Eastern Europeans who might make the grade, or who will be sold on if not. I have most confidence in Riviere. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2030/31 Superliga July/August Fixtures: Almost perfect, bar the derby with Lyngby where I played a rotated team for the Champions League... We are looking really solid, and I'm chuffed to bits to make it to the Group stages. A guaranteed £13m is £5m more already than our Europa campaign. Table: Europe: Ouch. Let's aim for third... Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2030/31 Superliga October Fixtures: It started so brilliantly, with an incredible away win in Rome, before we came crashing down to Earth with a loss at title-rivals Kobenhavn. But we did something truly special, beating Bayern at home despite being down to ten men before an easy victory made difficult in the league and a loss for our second team in the cup. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2030/31 Superliga November Fixtures: The poorest month I've had in charge of Nordsjaelland, frankly, though at least the season is interesting. Three draws in the league were poor to say the least - particularly at home to my rivals, bottom-of-the-table Lyngby. Meanwhile our thrashing at Bayern was unsurprising, but their subsequent loss to Roma, while I thrashed Club Brugge again mean that we will be playing in the Champions League knockouts for the first time ever! And in a guaranteed first place, too! Table: This is new... Europe:

Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2030/31 Superliga Mid Season Break Transfers: Some changes... well, one change. We sold Samuel Yusuf, our club record signing, for £19.5m to Club Brugge. After 89 appearances and 34 goals in all competitions, Club Brugge's offer was too much to turn down really. A £12m profit, and we have Rafik Jaziri (Yth), who has emerged as first choice anyway, and Allasane Sow to back him up, with Fleming Busk out on loan at Waasland-Beveren and set to return as third choice soon. Meantime, Fleming Dhyr (YP11a) seems to be a bit good. I spent most of the January transfer window turning down offers from Juventus, Milan, Lazio, Schalke and Dortmund up to £7m for him... He might be a bit good. Also out was Nicklas Drost (YP10b), also to Club Brugge for £2.4m. He had yet to make an appearance for the first team at 20 y/o, and while he seems to have decent potential, the deadline day signing of Gershon Sackey as a potential AMR, for a bucketload of cash (£3.8m to be precise - beating off 17 clubs who were sniffing around him when his contract ended in the Summer) made Drost's position untenable. The usual youth prospects also came in: Soren Nielsen from FC Kobenhavnfor £1.1m and Stanislav Hruby from Slavia Praha for £500k. Long term gambles. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2030/31 Superliga February/March Fixtures: I... forgot to do February. But regardless - we started the new year brilliantly in the league, dropping no points and beating top-of-the-table Kobenhavn to leapfrog them to our rightful position. In the Champion's League, despite topping the group we had a tough draw (though as the only club outside the big five leagues, we were always going to get a tough draw) against Schalke who smashed us at home, and whom we held to a respectable draw at ours. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2030/31 Superliga April Fixtures: Moving into the Championship phase a point clear, we needed to beat Kobenhavn in our first match - and we did, before smashing goals in for fun left, right and centre. [of 12] (4 in a row) The Squad: The team is pretty locked down now - I struggled for a while as to how to accomodate both Jan Flessman and Eric Amissah (Yth) before deciding that Flessman could take Mhlengi Hlela's place at AML. Certainly those three are the players that rotate the most. Outgoing this Summer will be Sam Robinson on a free and quite possibly Alassane Sow. I have a mega signing coming in up front, and Sow might be the fall guy after a terrible season. Outside of that there's not a great deal I want to improve... I thin I'm going to let the team grow into itself a little, and replace only those who get picked off. Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland Danish Superliga 2031/32 Board: Win the League Cup: Win the Cup Champions League: Reach the Group Stage Media: 1st (/12) Odds: 5-2 Friendlies: More friendlies. More winnings. Transfers: The big signing of the Summer was the long-term rival for Rafik Jaziri (Yth), another wonderkid striker in Serbian Luka Karna. Only 19, but as good as 20 y/o Jaziri they should be a fascinating battle for the striker spot. He cost a fir whack at £6.25m, but I think he'll go the distance. Also in for the first team (well, second team really) were a pair of centre backs - another Serb in 6'6 beast Srecko Zelic on a free from Partizan, and young Hungarian Akos Egri for £1.4m Giannis Sikrikas and Gareth Lowe also came in on frees, from Panathanaikos and Chelsea respectively - both are signings for the future, both will be loaned out with view to making the first team, or being sold at a profit, in the future. The only major out was long serving AMC Valdemar Norgard, for £3.8m to Empoli. A rock for years, his place had been taken by the irrepressable Eric Amissah (Yth) and Jan Flessman, and he was surplus to requirements.

Moonshine
Europe: Ouch. Hertha are Bundesliga Champions, Real Madrid are... well Real Madrid (they've finished second in La Liga for the last 8 seasons) and Red Bull have won the last 18 (!!) Moonshine
FC Nordsjaelland - 2031/32 Superliga September Fixtures: Outside of Europe, we are destroying the league. Rafik Jaziri (Yth) has 10 goals in 8 games, and Mhlengi Hlela has 9 in 9. Eric Amissah (Yth) leads the league in assists, with 8 in 7 alongside 4 goals and an insane average rating of 8.29. We're playing sexy, sexy football. Shame about the home loss to RB though. We want third in the group, and that isn't going to help...
