Mentoring - but not what you might think

Hello! 

Having put a couple hundred hours into this game now, I still find myself sort of stunted on how to actually manipulate the tactical options of the game. I've found boundless amounts of tips, tricks, explanations and the likes on this forum, but as someone who tends to learn by questioning and rationale more so than anything, it's hard to transform it into applicable knowledge. Therefore, what I'm looking for is this; 

Is there anyone on here who'd be willing to go through some stuff in relation to tactics and how the different settings work, whilst using one of my saves as context? Ideally we'd use discord for screen sharing + voice communication, or some other option. 

I know it's a big ask (for a couple of reasons), but I thought the worst I could get was a no. I'm not looking for someone to solve my game or grant me success, just trying to adapt to my preferred way of learning.
