How did you get to this screen? because it never came in the editor, and mine doesn't have that

You will need to edit the comps editor file to allow for (I think), but no idea how and where. @prot651 can you shed some light?

 "format\database\stadium.xml" in comp editor.fmf file for FM20 . Use resource archiver to extract it

<!-- Stadium Sides -->
<record>
  <flags id="field" value="Ssds" />
  <translation id="name" translation_id="435709" type="use" value="Stadium Sides[COMMENT: editor; section showing details of sides of a stadium]" />
  <flags id="type" value="list" />
  <boolean id="allow_add" value="true" />
  <boolean id="allow_remove" value="true" />
  <boolean id="allow_move" value="true" />
  <boolean id="debug_only" value="false" />

Copy your Comp editor file to a safe location. From there, open it with the Resource archiver.

You get a whole lot of folders and files and you need to go to the folder format>>database. In the database folder, look for the stadium.xml file.

Open this file with Notedpad or an XML editor if you have one. In the file search for the text <!-- Stadium Sides -->

This leads you to the section where the text is prot651 posted.

Compare that text and what you find in the stadium.xml. And set some trues where you will find false.

I think this option is still broken. We asked SI to fix this but i think its still broken. You can change something but game will generate different stadium

Yes it seems more geared around crowd distribution than making a new stadium
