vivu
Oct '27 Started the month on the backfoot with a draw against an average Burnley side, but went on from strength to strength as the month progressed. Highlight of the season so far was the dismantling of Barca. My cup team also did brilliant in the FA cup dismantling of Fulham (despite a full rotation of the squad). The team is on a roll and we top the League for now.
vivu
It was bound to happen, only surprise was that it was my strongest team against a mid table Everton
vivu
Nov '27 The team is in danger of undoing all the good work done in the first few months. No victories in the league and two bad defeats. Only positive was that we are through to knock out rounds in CL Next month is going to be brutal with 8 games and first up is a strong Liverpool team.
vivu
The winless streak ends, but we almost shot ourselves in the foot with an early red card (that makes it 2 matches in row where my players get straight red for stupid lunges near the half way line). vivu
Dec '27 The wheels nearly fell off at the beginning. But we showed the quality in our young team as we bounceb back in second half of the month after the awful league cup exit. What hurts is that the scum is up top
vivu
Just had the weirdest takeover What made it weird was that he brought in a player for a ton of money I had absolutely no say in the transfer, but not the worst player to have in your team. The problem is I have 4 absolutely cracking British forwards in the team already; plus point is that the transfer seems to be from the chairman's pocket. No impact on club finances as far as I can see.
vivu
Jan '28 We hit top form at just the right time. The perfect month was all the more special considering the nightmare fixture list. We are hunting down Scum
vivu
Feb '28 Perfection continued, but we are still lagging behind De Boer led scum. Meanwhile had the first causality of the new owners' largesse He was an immense player last season, walking off with the golden boot in first season in English Football. However he has been pretty average considering my other strikers and he started moaning about playing time despite playing 21 of our 28 games so far. Wouldn't listen to reason and my captain also failed in persuading him. Put him on the transfer list and unfortunately only Sh!tty came in with a decent bid. Would hate to face him, but given the resources I already have, I am happy to move him on (especially for the fees involved).
vivu
Pretty crap youth intake
vivu
Mar '28 So close to overhauling scum... The loss at Liverpool cost us the unbeaten run and the top spot. Team is playing well and the loss was an aberration (hopefully).
vivu
Apr '28 Perfect in league and half a foot in the CL final after an awesome first leg against Sh!tty. We blew the chance for treble as we came unstuck against a Wolves team that scored 3 from long range against my cup keeper. I had rotated the team heavily and kept my cup team filled with youngsters who got us that far and the semis was a challenge too far for our youngsters. However Wolves made ammends in the Premier League with an absolutely critical result which handed the advantage over to us: That leaves us in the driving seat with the fixtures for us: them: This has probably been the most tense season I ever had in the game (more so considering who the fight has been against). vivu
League Season Close Our youngsters got the job done in the final match of the season. Nearly bottled it in the penultimate game, but escaped due to 3 VAR calls going against Stoke and a 92 min goal from our young prospect striker . Broke a team records on the way And the club legend seemed pleased 6 young gunners made the team of the year But we missed out on the individual honours I managed to win the first one of my career.. ..and the opinion is still divided in the social media And Sh!tty did win something Next up ; a trip to Ukraine and a shot at revenge for 2006
vivu
And there were major upheavals in EPL due to the London show at the top This one was expected FA cup was not enough for Klopp to stay on But this was a shock; especially as the Russian tycoon had buggered off in 2022. vivu
Revenge is sweet... We never stood a chance with possession, but played on the counter. Had a nightmare with VA chalking out an early goal, but it evened out with the penalty decision which my midfield general almost bottled. Had some wonderful opportunities to grab a second, but strikers were having an off day. Thankfully it didn't cost us in the end. 7 players in dream team.... ... but nine of the defenders in the awards list
vivu
End of season round-up & team awards Bit of a weird choice for look back And thankfully slightly lower pressure compared to last year as the board is only expecting to challenge for EPL
vivu
Beginning to like the board even more... No need to argue for anything so far...
vivu
And that's the end of the weirdest transfer I had encountered in the game. The new chairman brought him in for a massive transfer; he pissed off my main striker who was sold and to top off the bugger under performed and was making noises about a better contract. Was surprised when Milan came in with a decent offer which I negotiated as much as possible. Still 5 mill for 7 appearences
vivu
Pre Season was going well with me shifting the expensive Spaniard and shifting some deadwood squad players for decent money till this happen When someone offers me silly money for a player who is evidently a squad player, I wouldn't stan in their way. The lad was a homegrown talent who had become an England International last season and he wanted 400k from me and a Star role. Then came this piece of news.. That forced me to look for any decent players available in the center of park and my scouts came pushing about this lil fella being available
vivu
July '28 One competitive match this month Title Odds Transfers Spent big on British stars and few young uns for the future. The big signing was current England RB from Manure; effectively hamstringing a direct opponent and the player can play at RB and CB. Then raided my old club for a rising star I had brought to Brazil. The Irish star had a weird career, coming through the Willem II youth setup before my scouts picked him up during my term at Gremio. The fella had come up in leaps and bounds and addresses a problem area for me and I sprung his min fee clause. Then had the weird match up with Kightly leading to Fodden landing up. Also managed to snap up a young Brazilian that Nuno had brought into Liege after my departure. Scouts have been recommending him since January and all the scouting reports were highly promising. Would be intersting to see if he can make the step up. If not he will be heading out for a loan spell in Jan. The most weird sale was for our young back up winger. He had offers from 8 different clubs before he opted for Juve. Was not the most highly rated one by my staff and I would be surorised if he turned out to be a world class player in the future. vivu
Aug '28 The results were perfect, but the team performance left a lot to be desired. The matches after the Euro Super cup saw us go down early and fight back in all 3 matches. The derby game saw us score twice in second half injury time to pad up the score and hide the jitters we had throughout the game. And the race for the golden wellies are on the way

vivu
Sep '28 Solid month, but we dropped points at borough surprisingly and lost a thriller against Manure. Can't be too upset with the players as we were caught flat footed from two absolute wonder strikes early on. Team rallied in second half to pull level, but no extra time and game went straight to penalties and we bottled it up missing the final 2 kicks. Golden wellies watch.. Cutrone has dropped off this month,
vivu
Oct '28 The league cup elimination helped with fixture congestion and the team had been solid through the month. Golden boot race... My star forward had gone off the hot streak with only 2 goals in last 4 matches
vivu
Nov '28 The team hit top form and we had some really awesome results in Europe as well. Golden boot race - 6 goals in 4 matches domestically in an awesome month for Lewis
vivu
He has been immense this season. I never had a player score more than a goal a game in Premier League till date in multiple FM versions (though had it in many other leagues). He has matched his best ever season tally in 19 league games
vivu
Dec '28 Performance was kept up and the results were special considering the tough fixtures. Man U and Real results were superb as we were 2 nil down in both the matches. Golden Boot Race: Lewis continued his awesome season. Only fear I have is of a burn out or injury, as none of my other strikers are firing at the moment (i.e. till the match against Wigan where I finally gave him a well earned rest). vivu
Jan '29 Invincibles 2.0 looks very much possible. Team was dominant in league, but our youngsters bottled up the FA cup in the 4th round. I had left out my stars and it cost us dearly as I did not have enough game changers on the bench. Golden boot race It's a race no more. Lewis started the new year on an absolute hot streak and has sewed up the dongle by Jan imo. An unbelievable 10 goals in the month including a perfect 10 game. And it was not the only game in which he scored 4. The opponents made this more special imo.
vivu
Feb '29 A month when the injury curse hit us with both my main striker and his partner in crime injured for the month. What helped was the relaxed fixture list with us out of both the cups. The back up strikers came up with the goods, including my 20 yo english striker scoring away at Bayern by charging down the GK as he was trying a short pass routine from kick off. Golden boot race My tar striker missed both and saw his lead cut down by 2 to 14. And funally we got a mention in the cup summary, albeit an unwanted one
vivu
And the curse continues into March.. The young Englishman who starred against Bayern hits the medic tables as soon as Lewis returns
vivu
Mar '29 Survived a scare against Liverpool who played a very cautious counter attacking game and nearly caught us out in the dying moments, but our GK was massive and our unbeaten run continues. Golden Boot Race Lewis had a slow start to the month, but score the winner against WBA and a hat-trick against Bournemouth.
vivu
Much more comfortable league victory this time around as we defend our title with 3 games to go. Lewis is upto 43 league goals and 50 goals for the season overall.
vivu
Apr '29 Had a tricky round in UCL where Lewis save our bacon with a hat-trick in second leg. Sewed up consecutive titles with plenty to spare in the tank and picked up an away goal at Barca for the UCL semi first leg. All in all a pretty awesome month. Newcastle and West Ham are the remaining League opponents staying between us and Invincibles 2.0 Golden Boot Race Enough said
vivu
League Season Close Invincibles 2.0... 102 points, 125 goals and a GD of +101. Golden Boot Race 50 goal season, 17 POM. Only individual category where we lagged far behind was in the clean sheet count where Alison kept his stranglehold.
vivu
UCL Final We are Sh!tty's bogey team since I landed here, but they gave us a scare straight from kick off as our defenders failed to clear the lines and they had the ball in the back of the net, only for VAR to intervene. Back four picked up the slack after that but our forwards had an abject first 105 mins in the tie, wasting chance after chance. Lewis looked more rubber wellies than golden boot until the second half of Extra Time, when he came alive and grabbed two wonderful goals to help us defend the title. vivu
Club World Cup The scheduling was horrible, with it hitting just before the season ends in FM. I had holidayed through the group stage before I realized that the tournament was on. The weird tournament timing meant most of the European teams were knackered with low fitness and International unavailabilities. Gremio put one over Barca and had the biggest shock of the tourney. We had people running on empty, but the big squad helped me to tide over the challenges.

vivu
Aug '29 Started off with a bang in the league, but we struggled in matches 2 and 3. The matches included this absolute heart stopper of a penalty round Golden Boot Race Lewis has struggled to put away chances, but my young gun has started impressively. vivu
Sept '29 Month started well, but ended up on a sour note. Calamitous defence handed Manure a victory and control of PL table and we lost a 52 game unbeaten and a 10 game winning streak. vivu
Oct '29 Outstanding in UCL but patchy form in League (i.e. till we hit Borough for half a dozen). We are on a cup run for a change. After the first loss in over a year, we nearly made it two in consecutive months; until Lewis became the savior.... Golden Boot Race Familiar face up top
vivu
Nov '29 Another month and another loss & Manure leads us by 3 points now. We are creating plenty of chances and having loads of shots, but conversion rate way below last year. Golden Boot Race Lewis is stuttering, but still top the race. vivu
I had seriously overestimated my laptop's capabilities.. The huge number of leagues and players have made this save crawl now.. I am calling the time on the save now and will fire up a new game on medium settings.. Will keep this save tucked away in the back burner in case I get a windfall and upgrade my laptop Hopefully back with another career thread soon
