PJHoutman88 Posted January 31, 2020 Share Posted January 31, 2020 I've never found any conclusive data for this, but I've always assumed it means there's a bigger chance of player interaction (team conversations, player conversations and press conference reactions) having less of a positive effect than it would if you were fluent in the language.
