Winter Update & Request

I know SI don’t like to give exact dates for updates, but when should we roughly expect the Winter Update to be released? When has it come out in the past?

Also, I have no doubt this will already be on the list of changes, but can Gabriel Martinelli have a -9 or -95 PA rather than a fixed low PA? The boy is going to be a star.

 It's usually early march, after all transfer windows have been closed. (For FM 19 it was March 1.)
