black screen when stretching out the windowed mode

I have the exact same problem.

I have an Acer VX5-591g-78bf.

Geforce 1050 ti

i7-7700HQ

Any updates on the matter?

I can play only with the integrated graphics. With the Geforce, I get only a black screen. Also, it doesn't work with windowed mode on Geforce.

I didn't try rolling back the driver, though. I have the most up to date right now (441.66).

Windows 10 (1903 version).

Edit:

I tried again, and it does work in windowed mode with the Geforce, but only in the smallest window size. If I stretch the window even the slightest, it goes black.

Can you posted your Dxdiag on here, please?

If you lowering the in game quality via Preferences on the start screen, does it make any differences?

No, it doesn't.

When I was playing with the screen size to try and find a bigger size that would work I got this result.

Comprei o jogo no lançamento e nunca consegui jogar !!!

Rasguei a porcaria do meu dinheiro com esse lixo de versão mal otimizado. Tudo que pediram. Eu mandei e nada vocês fizeram pra resolver meu problema, não respeitam seus clientes

Exatamente o mesmo que o meu. E tem mais um amigo aqui no fórum com o mesmo notebook e o mesmo problema

Can you all try to uninstall the Intel graphics driver (so only the Nvidia graphics driver is installed) and try again, please?

it worked, uninstalled the intel video driver.

Is there no way to turn off automatic updates? 

That's an issue outwith our control I'm afraid.

@Wip3r™.G2A Can you try the suggestion by rafaelrubin7 of uninstalling the intel graphics driver and see if this fixes your black screen issue, please?

We would suggest you to download and install the graphics driver from the Acer website, if you haven't done so already, please?
