What level of zoom are you on? Does changing that affect the issue at all?

Are you using anti-virus? If so can you make sure that FM20 and Steam are on the exception list as it could interfere with the programs, please?

We would suggest you to remove the anti-virus as a test. For more details on how to safely do this, please see the following FAQ -

hi there, im using 170 zoom, but I have to change this back every time I sign in also as it goes back to the default 150 when I quit fm and shut down my mac

as I said it never used to do this before, only in the last 2/3 weeks

don't have any anti-virus software on my Mac

also, the link you sent me was for a PC so this doesn't help either

Can you upload the Mac system report on here, so we can see if we can reproduce this issue, please?

Hi thank you for your .spx file, just so we have more information to work with, can you tell us the following, please?:

1.) How do you exit FM20 (i.e. do you exit by cmd + Q, FM > "Quit Game and Exit" or other way?)

2.) How do you launch the game (i.e. do you launch via Steam or via the Finder?)

3.) Can attach the caches and preferences folders on here, please?

- Open Finder.
- Click the ‘Go’ menu in the menubar.
- Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key.
- Click the ‘Library’ item in the menu.
- Go into the folder named ‘Application Support’ then ‘Sports Interactive’
- Click into the ‘Football Manager 2020’ folder
- Within here, right click on the ‘Preferences’ and/or ‘Caches’ folder to select the two files
- In right click menu, click on the "Compress 2 Items"
- Upload the compressed file to SI Cloud Service and let us know the name of the file

Let us know how you get on, please. Thanks.

For the missing player data, it could be caused by the start date of your career.

Can you try starting a new game from different start date and see if there are any differences, please?

Okay, at least it is working fine on a new save. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do to fix this data display issue on the existing save.

Hi Garry,

That's an issue we are still investigating, unfortunately I don't have an answer or fix to provide you with, but as soon as I know more I'll give you a reply here.

Apologies in the meantime.

Afraid I haven't had anything specific back about this Garry.

However, there is a chance it was fixed in the public beta update. Could you switch across and let me know if it helps?
