50_kwache
Bit of a random one, but after installing FM09, and I can't find where it is installed. Apparently it needs a load of space on my hard disk, but in programme files the FM09 folder only has an uninstall file, and in my documents it hardly has any files. Anyone know the default folder it is installed? Also, there is no icon on my desktop or in my start bar and the only way I can access the game is through steam. Cheers. timmers
Once you have gone in to the Steam apps file you can shortcut or copy and paste the FM009.exe file to your desktop.
Wakers
Drive/Program Files/Sports Interactive/FM 2009. Look in there and there's a filed called FM.exe (or similar) - right click on that and select "create shortcut", and then drag the shortcut onto your desktop. I dunno why the game doesn't do this, I've seen people blame it on vista, well, FM2007 can create a desktop shortcut on vista without any problems, so thats clearly not it.
