attributes octagon colors

Hello,

I'm using the dark skin. Can you tell me how to change the octagons colors and use the last year style (the right one in the picture attached)?

You need to change these rbg colours in the settings file.

  <list id="ring_colours">
    <colour name="bg range1"/>
    <colour name="bg range8"/>
    <colour name="bg range10"/>
    <colour name="bg range15"/>
    <colour name="bg range20"/>
  </list>

So       <colour name="bg range1"        value="rgb(42,44,46) "/> 

etc for all 5 ranges.

Thank you. I found a color scheme that I like in another skin. But when I copy the text in the settings of my base skin nothing happen. Is there other thing I should do?

I've been using this polygon I made in 2015, and just copy and pasting it across all skins and versions of the game ever since. Adds more layers to it basically. I'll upload it if anyone wishes to use it. Place the files in Skin > Panels > Player.

Just add these files in that folder? Because is not working.

I was using it with the YACS skin no problem. So I've just tried it with the 'Base Skin with Background Support' skin, and the polygon line was white (but with my custom polygon). 

 

Panels went into 'Base Skin with Background Support > Panels > Player'.

 

Then I had to add the following into the setting xml -

 

<colour name="attribute analyser line" red="80" green="40" blue="40" />

Where do I find the settings folder?

Can anyone tell me where is this settings folder, and/or re upload those settings files. New octagon is unusable

Why is this not in settings and I have to come back every year wasting time to get the game to usable UI state

Hi guys, long time forum member here and despite not posting for a few years I’m still an FM addict.

 

I’ve been searching for a solution to the above and I can’t seem to find the answer! I’m wondering if anyone in the community can help. Apologies, I’m an absolute amateur when it comes to skinning but just can’t live with the colours in the attribute analysis octagon and long for the old colour scheme as shown in the OP.

 

im using the base dark skin for FMT 21 - can anyone help with what I need to do in the settings XML in order to change the colours of the octagon and the white line?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated and you’d be doing me a massive favour!
