How many teams are in the Qatargas League nowadays? I remember when they had like 5 of them, making for an... interesting league to say the least.

They're up to 6 teams now!

Usually I leave all transfers to the DoF, but after a test holiday in Thailand I've been following one player very closely, and since he always lets his contract with Buriram run out I decided to snap him up if I could, regardless of how good my scouts said he is.

A 19 year old with 31 goals in 34 caps?!

Just the two games but we're through to face the Umm-Salal first team in the Prince Cup Quarter Final and we're still holding on to our spot in 1st.

Jeonbuk manage to retain their title, and I know I was looking out for the Suwon job but I wouldn't have been able to manage them anyway since they'd already won the Champions League.

Makoto Nakamura = Pace 20, Acceleration 20, that's for sure! Congrats on the two CL wins already, looking forward to when you're trying to do it with the piddly nations.

Cheers smp! I do love how quick FM20 is!

What's going to make things very difficult is that as of 2019, of the 45 nations I'll be managing in, only 19 of them have had a team make the group stage!

We're still holding on at the top of the league with 4 games to play but Al-Duhail are hot on our tail and we're through to face Al-Wakrah in the Prince Cup Final, can we win it this season?

At first I thought my DoF was being foolish by spending £13.25m on a player, but at least he's young and Qatari and has room to improve more.

And then he gets 2 goals and 3 assists in his first game.

I think when you get below the top 10 leagues it's going to become very difficult, trying to develop in a nation such as Indonesia, let alone Bhutan, should take years!

Well here's how everything looks right now:

The next leagues to add currently will be Saudi Arabia then Australia, and after 10th placed Iraq there's quite the gap to North Korea! Also a massive shock to see Japan down in 14th!

Persepolis win the Iranian title back from Esteghlal in what was a tight battle between the top 4 (Nassaji were in 1st with 5 games to play)

The Thunder Castles win their 9th Thai League title, 6 points clear of The Beetles and 9 clear of The Killer Wasps. Thailand is unbelievable for club nicknames.

Perfect in the league as we move 4 points clear and late goals in each leg sends us into the Champions League final where we won't be facing Shandong, but Beijing instead!

We managed it! Severely outplayed but an 87th minute goal makes us champions of Asia! I decided to stay until the end of the  month but now all there is to do is hand in my resignation and wait for something else to pop up!
