Even tho i have 50M budget, if i need to pay 1M for a wonderkid with value 100k, they block. Is it a BUG? or just an annoying feature? Thanks. gemxtria Posted November 12, 2019 Share Posted November 12, 2019 I found with my Preston save that the board where blocking some of my transfers due to the Club Vision stating that they wanted me to sign English players that are under 23 from English clubs.
