Game crashes every time I play a match

Recommended Posts

Can you please also attach a dxdiag report so that your machine specs can be checked.

Hi Neil,

I have tried this and also have the latest update. It is still crashing every time I play a match.

I am having to play each game six or seven times before it finishes without crashing. Getting a bit frustrating.

Okay we've updated to 20.1.0 - if you're still having issues in this version please attach your most recent crash dump file and we'll take a look. Thanks.

Tried that too mate. Think I'll just wait until the full game is released. Cheers for your help anyway

This code is very similar to what we will release on full release, so would be good to allow us to investigate now. Can you please attach any crash dump from 20.1.0 so we can take a look?

How did you update/reinstall your graphics card driver? Did you use the Acer or the Intel website to download the driver?

I have just started up the full release and it crashed before I could even load my saved game.

Could you try and reproduce this issue on the latest update (20.2) which was just rolled out on Steam.

If it still occurs please let us know,

Thanks.
