Fm (20) new database with a new structure of the UEFA-Cups

Hi,

I've had 3 databases in my head, which unfortunately I have not found yet. Maybe there is interest to participate and help to make these databases (if necessary at one) for the FM 20.
However, I have a family and a regular life, so I seldom work on the databases myself. Often I have used existing databases and redesigned them. Implementations have therefore not always been completely successful (up to FM 18).
Specifically, I have the idea for the following 3 databases:

- new league structure in Germany
- UEFA Cup reform
- GBR + Ireland league structure

Here's my idea of a new UEFA Cup structure that I build from the bottom up, for a better understanding:

UEFA Cup
128 participants
2 round knockout phase with seeded teams
1 group phase (with seedes teams, if they are always in)
then again KO to the final

Cup Winners' Cup
all European cup winners!
pure knockout rounds without seedlist!

European Champions Cup
"all" national champion or loser qualifying Royal Champions League
1st round knockout round with seedling
2nd round group stage with seeding
then knockout rounds to finals
 

so here it is baxck to the roots!
Above this cups there is a new European "league", called
Royal Champions League
8 teams, league system over the season, 14 games!

Winner + vice of preseason
Winner European Champions Cup
Winners' Cup winners Cup
Winner UEFA Cup

Qualification:
runner-up European Champions Cup
runner-up UEFA Cup
Chamipons (or bst placed teams) England, Spain, Italy, Germany
Qualification, draw without seedlist, loser qualified for European Champions Cup (group stage)

 

An UEFA-Cup II or the ols Intertoto-Cup would be great, but not necessary!
