Never seen such a drastic decline so quickly in a player's determination. My average determination in my squad is 15, with club personality as professional. Lots of good characters in the team and everyone at least fairly professional.

Is this some hidden attribute like ambition or something? I brought him in to be my midfield general for the next 10 years, now not so sure. He stills shows Fairly Professional

I’ve seen a few reports in my in box saying that outside events have had a dramatic effect on a player. These events can either be good such as a steep increase in determination or professionalism or bad such as a steep decline in determination or professionalism. There must be a random event generator in the game.

Did you give him a big contract recently and how old is this player? Did you get any news items about recent off field events affecting him? Is he being mentored?

It's his 1st year at the club on a Key Player contract. His wages are slightly higher than squad average.

Could it be that a player who finally gets a big contract just completely gives up determination wise?
