FM 19 - Tactics Screen - Remove Tactical Style column, tweak views directly in a file

Quick questions guys if anyone could help, I can't find the required files. I want to tweak the tactics screen: http://prntscr.com/oxb3hz

First, I want to remove this part: http://prntscr.com/oxb3kn to gain space.

Then, I want to make a custom panel here http://prntscr.com/oxb3uu . For the Squad screen, I could edit panels\team\team squad.xml and create a custom panel http://prntscr.com/oxb44e . For the Tactics screen, I have no idea where to look.

And the last but not least, I want to remove the positional highlighting from the Tactics screen http://prntscr.com/oxb4cf, strikers are one color, midfielders another, etc. I did something similar with the Squad screen, editing graphics\tables\custom\squad , but I can't find anything similar for Tactics.

The reason is that I want to rest my eyes, and I am making a dark theme with no highlights, no colorful backgrounds, enough space, etc.

Tactics Overview Side Panel is the main one that will control the page. (its a nightmare to edit though)

The panels on the Tactics screen can be edited in panels\team\team squad tactics panel.xml. Removing the Position column also removed the highlights, so this solved 2 and 3.
