I looking to rebuild my staff (on Touch), and I have some 5* guys with slightly less good attributes than 4.5* star-guys. Just slightly. But I'm not sure which one is better. I know the star rating is influenced by reputation, and I guess that reputation is important too for their job (like, a youth academy guy will get better youngsters I guess) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
