The coefficient for your current season is the second column from the right, based on ratings from 13/14 to 17/18. This is the column that determines the seedings and ranking for a given year. The column on the far right is the coefficient for the next season. This is averaged from 14/15 to 18/19. That means the first column is dropped (Atletico lose 33 points, explaining their big drop). These numbers will also update during the season as a team accrues seeding points during their current European campaigns. At the end of the season, I would guess the rankings all move along one column to the left. The 13/14 will disappear, and a black column for 19/20 will appear. Hope that clears things up for you.
