Hi there,

I have following issue. I play FM19 and my save crashes ocassionally. It happens usually between the 1st and 2nd half or at the end of the game (both times when I have a screen where I can talk with my team).

I've already delete cache and preferences and alo verified game files.
I've added my dxdiag and and crash dumps (I had 5 in last 2 days).

I would be very happy if you could help me in this situation.

Best wishes

Hey @shtrnzn,

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue,

It appears to be an issue with your graphics card.

Please update your drivers from the link below:

Cheers,

Hugo

Hi Hugo,

thank you very much. I have updated my drivers, but it didn't help me. Now crashes happen ocasionally during game process (not only during game days as it was earlier). What should I do now?

I've attached new dxdiag and the last crash dump.

Many thanks in advance

Could you please also download the drivers from below:

Cheers,

Hugo

Thank you very much for your advice. I've downloaded and installed new drivers for my Intel Graphic Card.

The game became more stable (now I didn't have crashes each 40-50 minutes), but I had a crash again. I've attached the last crash dump.

Cheers,

Mikka

What graphics quality are you running the game in? I would suggest you to lower the graphics quality to see if it helps, please. Also it would be helpful if you remove any custom graphics/skins/logo/faces from the game if you have any installed, please.

Thanks.

Hi Jimmy,

thank you very much for advices.

1) I use classical 2d graphic. I reduced quality, but I'm not sure that it can help.

2) I removed all custom faces and logos (I don't use something else)

Nevertheless I still have problems with crashes. I've attached the last crash dump.

Many thanks in advance,

Mikka

Can you check for me if you have any command typed in on the set launch options for the game, please?

- Open Steam and access your Games Library

- Right-click on Football Manager 2019 -> Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options

Okay, can you type in "-force-d3d9" on the Set Launch Options and launch the game again, please?-

1.Go to your Steam Library

2. Right-click on Football Manager 2019, then select "Properties"

3. Under the General Tab, click "Set Launch Options" and a dialog box will appear

4. Type in "-force-d3d9" (without the quotes) and click "OK"

5. Close the Properties window

I typed it but I still have issues. I've attached the last crash dump.

The latest crash dump file suggested it is a graphics related issue. We would suggest you to try the following:

- Right Click on your desktop and select 'Nvidia Control Panel'

- Click 'Manage 3D settings'

- Select 'Program Settings' and via the dropdown box for 'Select a program to customise' select 'Football Manager 2019'

- Select 'Power Management Mode'

- If the default setting is 'Optimal Power', now select 'Prefer Maximum Performance'

- Select 'Apply'
