Still the same bug since several months

Recommended Posts

Since several months I have still the same bug on my party that prevents me from continuing my game and I don't dare to start another one for fear of the same worries.
I have updated all my pilots but the problem is still there.

My parti shutdown, and I have blue screen on the software is closed

The crashdumps are named "v19.3.5.1225655", "v19.2.3.1187971" and "v19.3.4.1206437 "

I'm not able to play to the game since february he he.

Anyone has a solution please ?

Looks like your anti-virus (avast) is interfering with the game which is part of the problem. We would suggest reading and following the instructions found here - https://community.sigames.com/faq/football-manager-2019/180_how-to/181_pc/how-to-make-sure-that-an-anti-virus-program-isnt-interfering-with-steam-or-fm -r627/

As well as that we'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your graphics card drivers as shown here - https://community.sigames.com/faq/football-manager-2019/180_how-to/181_pc/how-to-update-my-graphics-card-drivers-r625/

If that still doesn't help, please attach your Dxdiag and we'll advise further. Details on how to do this here - https://community.sigames.com/faq/football-manager-2019/180_how-to/181_pc/how-to-find-my-system-dxdiag-r619/

Thanks.

I tried your solution, but the crashdump is still there.

I join you the files you asked.

The driver on your graphics card is well out of date, so start by visiting the AMD website and update the driver to the latest version

The last graphic driver is from 2013.

The game worked very well before this bug, I never had a problem before.
I have updated the 2013 driver and the problem is still there, a crash during the same match with the error "FM 2019 v19.3.5.1225655 (2019.07.13 11.41.45).dmp"
the crash have begun in february/march, nothing before that.

FM 2019 v19.3.5.1225655 (2019.07.13 11.41.45).dmp

Thanks for this information but it's already done.
My drivers are ok.

The game worked perfectly until february/march, nothing changed on my cpu at this moment.
And crashdump appeared and never stop since this time.

So my cpu was good until this period and suddenly became obsolete ?
Maybe a problem with an update or anything else ?

I'm not sure, I think the problem is somewhere else but I can't find the pb nor use the game I paid for, this is sad.

Hey @Kthrss,

Could you please try the following:

- Open Steam and access your Games Library
- Right-click on Football Manager 2019 -> Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options
- Type this in the box: -renderer_direct3D9
- Click on OK, close the window and launch FM19 through Steam

Cheers,

Hugo

Hello Hugo !

Thanks, the game works now.
But when I play, during the match, the game frame a lot...

It's really unpleasant to play.

Even if the good news than the game work again

How did you get on with low graphics quality? To confirm the game doesn't crash anymore but only the graphics quality is low, is that correct?

We normally would suggest users to fall back to previous version of the graphics driver to see if it is a version compatibility issue between the graphics driver and OS. However since your graphics driver is relative old, we wouldn't recommend this. What happens if you switch the match view to 2D, is it better?

I confirm, I've tried everything.
I have even ask to friends who work with cpu to help me.

I had a game that worked perfectly well and that suddenly, for no apparent reason, started to malfunction.
No modification has been made on my PC that will justify this bug.

I'm just frustrated that I paid a high price for a game that becomes unusable for no reason and without a solution being found.

And no, the graphics drivers had nothing to do with it, because the game worked very well with them.

A big disappointment.

We are not aware of any widespread performance based issue related to Windows PC. Can you send us your Belarc report so we can check if there are any programs which could interfere with FM19 and Steam, please? Details on how to create a Belarc report is here -

Thanks.

I will do it again, I have posted it somewhere on the top.
We told me than my cpu is too old, but the game worked perfectly until february without problem.

So, I sent it to forums@sigames.com

Hi you've sent us your belarc report location on your PC, but we need the HTML file so we can access the report.

Did you "save as" the HTML report and if so would you be able send the correct link to forum@sigames.com, please?

Thanks.
