You were very close last season, and it would have been an amazing achievement - but the extra year might be a blessing in disguise as you should be stronger when and if you do get there. I might try Oriental Lisboa in FM20 as I really liked the area (Oriental) when I was in Lisbon and it seems like a low-pressure challenge to take on at some point.
