The formula is 1 x 1.73 x 2 x 3(we played two extra games) = 5.19 miles per win So this season we seal 36.36 miles added to the 48.46 miles we already have makes 84.82 miles Well we have now covered the whole of the north island but still not reached the south island. TerminalPortugal Posted May 10, 2019 Author Share Posted May 10, 2019 A bad month, we were very unlucky, we were beating Nadroga in 92nd minute and conceded two goals in injury time and we were beating Lautoka but gave up that lead as well. There is gulf in class between us and the rest of the league. Well it looks like we are buried here, we need a win on the final day. Tavua beat Laukota to complete a double over them, that really causes us a problem. We face Nasinu away on the final day, they aren't the best side, they are the only other team we have taken points from this season, still I just don't think we are going to do it. TerminalPortugal Posted May 11, 2019 Author Share Posted May 11, 2019 I tried to gee us up with some friendlies before our final game of the season but it was not good enough as we only managed a draw, it wouldn't have mattered anyway as Tavua won their final game of the season anyway. We do back down to Division One, just a final cup trophy to play in before we return to where we came from. We just were no where near ready for the league this year. We were a bit unlucky but at the end of the day we just could not hold on to leads well enough. Tavua improved but we did not and that is why were are going down. I am announcing now that I am making a change from the next points session and changing the formula so we get more miles, as its slow going at the moment. From next time we will get a base of 2 points per win to then get multiplied up. So we won 4 games this season. Formula 1 x 1.75 x 1 x 1.43(21 game season) = 2.5 miles per win, an even 10 miles for the season for out four wins. Added to our 84.82, that makes 94.82 miles earned. We edge closer to the south island, but not much movement, So from next time round the first 1 in the formula will now be a 2 to get this moving along a little.
