If you buy something from someone, or a store, you need to go to them to ask for a refund. You'll have to enquire with who you bought it from and check their refund policy for details whether you can get one or not. It will be a separate purchase - Apple won't sell you the game for free because you're switching from Google Store / Android. Hope that helps.
