EDIT: most skins are made for HD resolutions, it looks like you are using “zoom” (while using a different t resolution) given the white portions showing in the screenshot, with zoom it can cause issues, most skin makers don’t support other resolutions. The number on the back of the shirt works fine in HD resolution so pretty clear your issue is caused by running the skin under a (non supported) different resolution.
