Hello,

Can you please help me with the attached Crash Dump. I haven't played the game for since January, the game updated and since then I have not been able to get onto it.

After looking online I have done the following:

I have updated my driver on my AMD graphics card.

I have changed the power settings so that its on High Performance.

I am running the current versions of Direct X and .Net Framework.

I'm only using Windows Defender which is currently on and working.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thank you

Hey @basketcase_uk,

Could you please try the following:

- Open Steam and access your Games Library
- Right-click on Football Manager 2019 -> Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options
- Type this in the box: -renderer_direct3D9
- Click on OK, close the window and launch FM19 through Steam

Cheers,

Hugo

Hi Hugo,

Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried this and it still doesn't load. However the crash dump error doesn't show this time, it's just stuck on the Football Manager loading screen.

Thank you
