Now interestingly enough (found this out when looking into your issue) he's playing for Melbourne Victory while also being manager of the Cambodia national team. This is probably what is causing the issue as it's quite a unique situation to say the least. We'll look into it to see what we can do but this is likely what is causing the issue. He is the A-League's marquee player and isn't available due to him being the head coach of Cambodia despite the fact that Cambodia is not a playable nation and if you check Cambodia on FMM it doesn't even show their head coach!
