30 new features alot not mentioned before!

New feature list

1. Allow players to be one season wonders like in real life and sell them at an inflated price so transfers can fail like in real life.

2.  Be able to start as a youth manager.

3.  Have press conferences voiced and more possibilities with questions and answers.

4.   Be able to be a DOF yes it's football manager but technically you would still be managing transfers haha.

5.  Would be good if we could have a chairman mode or invest our wages into clubs we like such as Marcelo Bielsa at Leeds united giving Newells old boys a few million for training facilities.

6.  Make attributes grow quicker through individual training.

7.  Have former players approach you asking to sign if they are struggling to get a club.

8.  Have more player manager relationship opportunities be able to talk to them even if they are at other clubs just in case you need to sign them again in future and if it's a friend make it so they will sign for alot cheaper.

9.  Be able to meet with agents to to see who they have got on their books and see if you can aquire one of them by having a word with the agent.

10.  Improve player swap deals I've offered players alot better for someone who isn't as good and they always want alot of money as well.

11. Have the ability to make one offer to players who don't want to join your club because for enough money anyone will join anyone.

12. Make it so youth players will be put off by a club like chelsea with their history of signing players and not developing/playing them often enough.

13. Make it so potential ability doesn't stay static loads of players are rated to achieve nothing and become world class also if a player is 25 he shouldnt have 200PA whilst having 140CA.

14. Make it so a CA can catch up to PA at an older age loads of players are late bloomers.

15. Make it so players demand to be sold for realistic fees when the clubs ask unrealistic offers and if they are really keen to join a club they should say they will run their contract down and you they shouldn't be anyway to repair the relationship.

16. Make it so you can talk to a player who has a year left to try and get the club you are at in the players mind so they are waiting for you to try sign them and are more interested.

17. Make it so AI clubs are not always aware of a players PA because with some youth players the worst CA but with high PA seem to be very expensive when there is no way a club would know in real life.

18. Be able to ask legends to come in to talk to players before big games living ones of course.

19. Do an animation for parading a trophy after winning one on an open top bus.

20. Make it so players with high PA at lower league clubs ask for more sensible money no league one player would ever be sold for over 50m unless money in football goes up drastically.

21. If the feature of youth management comes in maybe have the chance to be offered a managers job at the club as an easier way to manage a big club.

22. Have players more likely to join if a friend or relative is at your club.

23. More realistic transfer fees as AI pays less and sells higher which is not realism.

24. Be able to ask manages who like you for advise on Who to sign if your managing a league 2 team then asking a top manager who is a friend for a reccomendation cannot be a bad idea.

25. When players retire make it so their stats as a player match their stats as a coach to some degree I mean in real life you wouldnt have iniesta coaching goalkeepers.

26. Have some players take a wage cut if they are not playing to move clubs.

27. If a player is a fan of a rival club have them sometimes refuse to go their.

28. Make it so Head of youth developments have track records and be able to see who they have developed on their history page.

29. If you are a club legend be able to recommend your replacement if you resign.

30. Make it so players can complain on social media and make it so they can refuse to play at your clubs or other clubs so boards force you or other clubs to sell and make it so they will not sign with you again unless you recover the relationship.

This has been discussed so many times that I won't go into too much detail, but the general consensus is that you can never be better than your best. As for the second suggestion, if a potential elite player became average at best, then that's because they've wasted their potential, not lost it. Michael Johnson was once expected to be captain of England and Man City, but he wasted his huge potential.

You don't know how to negotiate, do you? You start bidding LOW when you want to buy and you negotiate HIGH when you are in talks to sell. That is realism. Also, if you're asked for £80million to sign a player who's worth £80,000 (or whatever), then the club's telling you that they're not interested in selling for any reasonable fee.

30. Make it so players can complain on social media and make it so they can refuse to play at your clubs or other clubs so boards force you or other clubs to sell and make it so they will not sign with you again unless you recover the relationship. I'm not a fan of this idea, but if this was in game, then SI would have to make it newgens-only. If a real player like Mbappé was seen to be complaining about PSG on social media in FM, then that could cause SI some legal problems.

A lot of your suggestions have been mentioned before, but to be honest, there aren't many particularly attractive ones. I've commented about some of them above.

23. I have been playing fm for over 10 years now and I often make profits and again some AI don't know what negotiate means.

This would not cause any players I've had players refusing to sign contracts telling me that they are unhappy demanding they be sold players not turning up to training Andros Townsend played fm mobile and shower his girlfriend he was fined on the game and she thought it was real life what's already in the game would of brought court cases if my idea would and some of my ideas are as bad but it's only a game and it's not down to players it's down to the manager and don't and if my idea would bring court cases why haven't low determination low work rate dirty players and undisaplined and controversial players not brought court cases.

Believe it or not, there are still a lot of fine players who ARE NOT motivated by money - and certainly not when they earn more than enough already! I'd imagine that in a few years time, Trent Alexander-Arnold would rather stay at Liverpool for something like £200k per week than potentially join Man Utd for £800k per week. Anyway, if Liverpool dropped off and Alexander-Arnold wanted to sign for a bigger club like Real Madrid or Juventus, it'd be more for the club prestige than the money.

Did you not understand what I wrote the first time round? They are not saying, "We want £250m." They are saying, "HE'S NOT FOR SALE!" Clubs used to say outright in-game that certain players were not for sale, but SI changed that when some people argued that every player has a price. Now they're asking for that to be changed back.

This happened two times with my club, Flamengo. We were the Copa do Brasil winners in 2013 due to Hernane, a striker that came from a small club and became the club season top scorer and he was the New Maracanã Top Scorer. Flamengo currently was with Henrique Dourado who was Fluminense season top scorer and is a PK specialist. Of course for both, the career declined in the same way this got high, after the wonder season.
