However, with only a youth team, no reserves and a refusal to play for lower league Australian teams, I am finding it difficult to give them the game time they need before making the step up. I have very talented youth players and they won’t step down a league and no A-League teams will have them. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can deal with this. All the best.
