Hi, I'd like to create my own throwback database, return to eighties behind the Iron Curtain, especially in my home country, former Czechoslovakia. The most important ruled I want to include are transfer restrictions: no player could move abroad until he reached a certain age (at least 30 years) and a certain number of international matches (30 or 50, I guess). Is there any way how to include this rule, at least the part based on age? All transfer restrictions possibilities I found are connected with transfers to club/competition, not out of them.
