Crash dump during progress - game unplayable

Recommended Posts

Since a couple of days I'm experiencing a crash dump when progressing in the game. It happens with both old and new careers.

What I've done so far:

  • Deleted cache
  • Verified file integrity
  • Checked gpu drivers

I'm on the latest update. The game is absolutely unplayable now. I've attached the latest crash dump, hopefully you can find the cause. Thanks in advance!

FM 2019 v19.2.2.1184534 (2019.01.26 17.12.54).dmp

Hi, are you using custom database?

Can you reproduce this crash in any of your save? If so, can you upload your save to SI Cloud Service and let us know the name of the save file once you have uploaded it, please?

Let us know how you get on, please. Thank you.

Nope, no custom database. I've uploaded a file "(my name) Ajax (v03).fm" and the latest crash dump (FM 2019 v19.2.2.1184534 (2019.01.28 22.24.33).dmp).  The error occured between July 24th and 26th.

Thanks!

Hi Hugo,

Any luck with the new save game and crash dump? Let me know if there's anything I need to test.

Oh that would be great! When is the next update due? And what was the problem exactly?

Thanks!

Ok I suppose I'll have to wait until the update arrives to resume playing this save game then. Too bad but glad there's going to be a solution.

Thanks for the help!
