My style there - buy young player and sell him after 1-3 seasons in big price to topclubs. And I want that my players understand this and dont ask me about new contract every few month. If player do it - he does need to take a garantee about play in club half of new contract at least (or something like this) Another example - new board comes in club and he want to improve club for new level. If player move to this club he does need to understand that its long deal and nobody want to sell him in future.
