Across 5 seasons and two different saves, in terms of great value for money mine would be:

  • Sandro Tonali
  • Antonio Marin
  • Fiete Arp
  • Francisco Trincao
  • Almamy Toure

Definitely.

The only time he hasn't become world class is... when I managed Braga. Which is a shame. Still is good though. Just not dominant as usual.

Daniele Baselli. He finished my first season in charge of Torino with 13 goals and 16 assists plus an average rating of 7.79. I was gobsmacked. Played him as AP-S.

Played a mixture of 4-4-2 diamond with him on the left of the diamond or a 4-1-3-2 with on the left again. He was immense in both set-ups.

Svetozar Markovic - Fudbalski Klub Partizan.
Fábio Silva - FC Porto.
Antonio Marin - Građanski nogometni klub Dinamo Zagreb.
Roman Zobnin - FC Spartak Moscow.
Lisandro Martínez - Defensa y Justicia.

All can fit within a healthy budget.

Cristian Pavon?? You can pick him up for a couple millions. He is a real beast just only look at his physical stats: Natural Fitness of 20 at the start of your save. Got him for 3.3 mil.

Another Spaniard I consider a must buy, who was quite random stats wise but had loads of potential pre 19.3, is Pelayo Morilla. Good news is that he seems to now start with the same stat distribution whilst keeping the huge potential, however his determination can differ which leads me to believe that some of his 'hidden stats' can fluctuate as well. No matter though, he is definitely less random now and is always left footed, whilst being natural at AMC, AML and ML. I think his minimum fee release clause fluctuates from like 700k to 1.7mill from what I have seen. Not sure if that price depends on how high his PA has turned out. Was one of my favourite players pre 19.3 and is even more so now that he is less of an unknown quantity. Second season in one of my saves, after giving him more and more first team experience, and he is now labelled the next Pep Guardiola!

This. I picked this guy up through my scouts and managed to get him for something ridiculous like 160k in my first season in the championship. He's fanastic and a mainstay in my premier league team now 3 seasons on. Would highly recommend him to anyone starting out in a top league or second division.
