Can you attach your Dxdiag and crash dump file, please? The crash dump file can be located at the following default location: C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2019\crash dumps

When are you having these crashes? On launch? In matches? When processing?

Let us know, thanks.

Can you also post you Dxdiag as requested, please?

Also, can you reproduce any of your crashes at all? If so can you upload the save game just before it crashes to SI Cloud Service and let us know the name of the save once uploaded, please?

Thank you.

Hi it seems like a graphics issue here. Can you make first check if the Nvidia graphics card is configure to FM19-

Can then do the following:

- Right Click on your desktop and select 'Nvidia Control Panel'

- Click 'Manage 3D settings'

- Select 'Program Settings' and via the dropdown box for 'Select a program to customise' select 'Football Manager 2019'

- Select 'Power Management Mode'

- If the default setting is 'Optimal Power', now select 'Prefer Maximum Performance'

- Select 'Apply'

After, as a test, try lowering your graphics level to 'low'.

Let us know how you get on, thank you.
