Tactic Download Problem

Very sorry, there seems to be an issue with downloading tactics at present where the tactic has been uploaded directly into a post.  If you are having problems, please make note of it by replying here.

I've asked the board Admin to see what can be done to fix this.  In the mean time a possible work around is for tactic creators is to edit their posts and reupload their .fmf files.  However this may only be a temporary fix before things go wonky again.

Hopefully things will be back to normal soon, I'll keep you all posted.

After some time after reuploading, files are unavailable again. So the best option for uploaders is to provide links to third-party storage until the problem is solved.

A quick update - a problem's been identified at Invision's end (the company SI use to host the forum) which has been raised with them and is being looked into.

Thanks to all those who posted the error logs.  We probably don't need any more now and I'll post updates as soon as I get them.

Not much to update yet I'm afraid.

We've chased Invision, they're still working on it.  Sorry for any frustrations.

Not to muddy the waters, but I'm seeing a lot of similar issues with forum-hosted screengrabs - ie, they're not appearing. I would assume it's because of the same issue but probably worth raising specifically.
