He has perfect attributes for gk coaching, but I can't even offer him that role. I know I can offer him coach role and assing him to work with goalkeepers, but then they should completely remove gk coach role from the game. https://imgur.com/rhGIe1x https://imgur.com/6vn9kO0 I also found some staff with good atributes for scouting or general coaching, but they don't want to negotiate with me because they want only fitness coach or physio role. Snorks Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 WEll, Lehamn to start with, wants to be an assistant manager. Offering him a Coach position is way below his expectations. Not surpris he turns that down. Costa is a Physio. Regardless of the attributes, he wants to be a physio. Gomes is a Fitness Coach, he already is a fitness coach, he doesn't want to be a GK coach. Why would he accept the job? Just because they have the attributes doesn't mean they will accept the job, as good as you think they could be in those jobs. You could offer Lehman a coaches role, but in the end, he will only accept what he feels is an offer that is suitable for him. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe your best option is to hire him as a Coach and give him GK duties on the training ground - his attributes are damn good for it. How does his 'Job Interest' status change with the different roles? I generally only go with guys who are 'Interested' or Extremely Interested as I find it too hard/too expensive to convince them otherwise. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
WorcesterLegend Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 well, im good at programing (kinda) but if someone offers me to help develop a video game i would reject, because i don't like the pressure of having a "timer" to work and at the end most problems in a game are because of us programers, something similar can go to this, they can have their reasons to reject those offers, for lehmann maybe he think he won't get a job as a Manager in the future if he works as a GK coach, for the physio maybe he doesn't want to travel all over the world seeing matches and making reports you can have the tools to be a good one, the problem is the motivation, a lot of people see their probably outstanding career ruined because well...they want to do something else!
