At least it was a few years back Some of the SI staff will come through as players, albeit only in name with a few other real life details (height, place of birth, team supported etc). The attributes though will be completely random from game to game, so whilst I look decent here, I assure you in someone else's game I'm probably about to be released from a Conference South side.
